TRAINING CANCELLED - Due to holidays training will be cancelled on 28th July and the 4th August.
PENGUINS END OF SEASON BASH - a great day was had at Ferry Meadows and the awards were presented to both Seniors and U16s.

The first presenting of the Spooner Shield for both the Senior and U16s were also awarded. They went to Ceri Powell for the seniors due to her setting a good example and role model and was what Alex wanted to aspire to be like. Ceri was the joint highest points scorer despite only making a few matches. Verity Hodkinson-Atkin was the recipient of the U16s shield for her achievements during the season and qualifing to play for the South of England team. Both players were most deseving of such a reminder of someone who loved ice hockey.
The Alex Spooner Trophy for Highest Points Scorer went to joint winners of Emma Wildman and Jen King who each achieved 9 points.
HOME FIXTURES FOR 2010 / 2011 We have proposed dates of 23 Oct – 6pm, 13 Nov – 4pm and 6pm, 11th Dec – 6pm, 23rd Jan – 6pm, 26th Feb – 4pm and 6pm, 27th Mar – 6pm, 3rd Apr – 4pm and 6pm, 8th May – 4pm and 6pm. The 6pm face offs are the Seniors and the 4pm face offs are the U16s.
